Terms of Service

Creators must have full legal rights, licenses, permissions, and releases for every track, image, title, description, voice, sample, loop, stem, artwork, ad, link, and other material they upload or publish.

Creators are solely responsible for their uploads and for ensuring their content does not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contract, platform, or other rights.

Do not upload content you do not own or control, content copied from another creator, content made from unauthorized samples, or content that violates another service’s terms.

Hybradio may remove content, pause stations, restrict accounts, or withhold access to features when content appears unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or otherwise policy-violating.

Digital downloads and memberships may be non-refundable except where required by law or approved by platform support.

External ad links are the creator’s responsibility and must not mislead listeners, distribute malware, or route to unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content.
